The Dallas Police Department, like every PD in the US, had
an unwritten rule that all street criminals understood: kill one of us and
you’ve seen your last sunrise. Many
still do. Jack Ruby was pressured into
killing Oswald by the DPD and knew his clubs would be shut down if he didn’t. Afterwards he urged ‘get me out of Dallas to
Washington so I can reveal my true motives,’ which were not for Oswald’s killing
J. F. Kennedy but for his killing J. D. Tippit.
Details, analysis and a lot more in The Final Truth: Solving
the Mystery of the JFK Assassination.
