The Three Shots, a Brief Synopsis

The first shot, the shot that “missed,” was fired at the south curb of Main Street for the indispensable requirement of zeroing the scope. FBI firearms experts knew this from the beginning.  It created the “bullet mark and freshly made” seen by Walthers, Sweatt, Tague, Underwood and others.  Curb or bullet fragments from this shot struck James Tague on his cheek.  Governor Connally initially believed that this shot struck President Kennedy but after viewing the Zapruder film, recanted, stating only that he heard the first shot and that it did not hit him.

With a properly zeroed scope, the second shot hit JFK in the upper back, exited below his Adam’s Apple, and tumbling, continued in a direct line, hitting Governor Connally in the back, causing an elongated entrance wound.  It exited his right chest, passed through his right wrist and came to rest upon entering his left thigh. Attending surgeons knew this from the beginning.  

The third shot hit the President in the back of his head, causing a small entrance hole in the back of the skull with cracks radiating outward.   The right front top of the skull exploded outward, sending cranial debris forward.  This mist briefly hovered in the air until driven through by escorting motorcycle officers.  

These were the only three shots.  Dozens of witnesses knew this from the beginning.

Realizing how critically important bus transportation was in Oswald’s life, I paid a very modest sum to download better quality but still barely legible copies of the same bus schedules he spent hours studying.  I purchased several 1963-era Dallas street maps, scanned them and meticulously re-created all the bus routes, street by street, deciphering every blurry word.

Many things clearly became apparent: why Oswald wanted the bus transfer and where he was headed, why he needed to catch that exact 12:40pm 30-Marsalis bus, why he didn’t take the 22-Beckley bus back to his rooming house and much more.

Five questions answered only by The Final Truth.

1. Oswald fired the first shot for the INDISPENSABLE requirement of zeroing.  It missed because it wasn’t aimed at the limousine in the first place.  Learn rifle marksmanship then read and understand every word of Oswald’s Marine Corps Score Book.  

2. There are several clues, starting with the bus transfer, that reveal where Oswald was headed when confronted by Officer Tippit.

3. Oswald was safe on the 30-Marsalis bus and would not have left it due to heavy traffic, which he knew would clear in a minute or two.  He fled from the bus because he ran into Mary Bledsoe.

4. FBI firearms experts knew the fresh bullet mark was caused by the required zeroing shot.  See #1 above.

5. The same four frames were spliced out of two different first-day versions of the Zapruder film.  Eight frames were removed from the Tina Towner film to cover up her camera jiggle reaction to the first shot.  These were not accidents.  Professionals do not make mistakes like that.

There was complete silence in the elevator.  Captain Will Fritz had just hung up the phone.  The call from the basement gave word that Jack was in place and ready if not entirely willing.   Fritz and detectives L.C. Graves and Jim Leavelle knew what would happen in mere seconds.  The prisoner alone was oblivious.

Ruby spent a sleepless night, desperately searching for a way out of this DPD-ordered killing yet still keep his clubs open.   He called FBI headquarters in Washington and tipped them about what would soon go down, frantically hoping that his attempt would be thwarted. 

In the basement the elevator doors slid open but the group hesitated, pointing fingers toward where they obviously needed to go.  With Graves on the suspect’s left and Leavelle on his right, the group proceeded cautiously down the hall and through the double doors.  Fritz was to provide protection from the front but suspiciously was a good six to eight feet forward and off to the right.

Rather than requesting an attorney, Oswald would have been better served seeking the advice of street criminals who knew the ropes.  They all knew that to kill a cop meant you’ve seen your last sunrise.  In 1963 Dallas, as in nearly all large urban areas, this was the most effective way of protecting officers’ lives, extralegal though it may have been.

DPD had Jack Ruby in its back pocket.  His clubs were on the edge of the law and everybody played the game.  They convinced him he’d be a hero.  He may have been wise to them but to protect his livelihood he had no choice   Within minutes of Jack’s pistol shot, City Hall issued misleading red herring leaks to WFAA that Ruby and Oswald may have known each other and Jack needed to “shut him up.” 

Because J.D. Tippit’s fellow officers sent a message to those who needed to understand it, his ultimate sacrifice nor only helped capture the presidential assassin but ensured that Oswald suffered his just punishment and likely saved the lives of untold brave officers for years to come.

Another Major Breakthrough

It’s much more satisfying discombobulating my fellow LNs than it is CTs, especially with something as critically significant as this.  The Hoover FBI orchestrated a major cover-up of the JFK assassination including destruction of evidence, splicing of films and routine lying.

We now have confirmation that the same four Zapruder frames, Z208‒Z211, were removed from two different first-day copies of that film.  In addition to the camera original, The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza now admits in private correspondence with this author that the same frames of its copy— originally the LIFE magazine copy— were also removed while in the possession of TIME/LIFE.

This proves that the damage was intentional, not a “lab accident” as claimed by LIFE, the FBI, Warren Commission counsel Wesley Liebeler and many of my fellow LNs.  But why?

These removed frames were the last four frames before President Kennedy disappeared behind the Stemmons Freeway sign— the exact four frames that disprove the FBI’s claim of a late first shot.  As do the eight frames the FBI spliced from Tina Towner’s film.

An early first shot— and thus a preventable assassination— was unacceptable to FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover.  So the FBI spliced out eight frames from Tina Towner’s film to remove her camera jiggle reaction to that very early first shot.  Secret Service Agents Clint Hill and Paul Landis on the follow-up car both corroborated this timing.

Intellectual maturation is necessary for one to change his mind on this case and conclude that Oswald acted alone.  In that sense, internet discussions are for information and idea exchange only.  And, of course, entertainment.   But that’s only the first stage of one’s growth.

The second stage of this maturation process is to graduate from the simplistic “CT-vs-LN” arguing to using the Scientific Method to analyze, speculate and conclude.  Speculation and assumption are the lynchpins of scientific progress. 

The final indispensable stage is to add real-world experience so we’re not just theorizing.  Those who argue authoritatively for years without any hands-on experience in rifle marksmanship, film splicing/editing or crime investigation have done nothing but prevent this case from being solved.  In many cases, deliberately.

Lee Harvey Oswald and John F. Kennedy

Author William Manchester called him “a wretched waif.”  But underestimating Oswald is why this case hasn’t been solved in over 50 years.  He is seen as a hollow-skulled simpleton yet his IQ was 118, only 1 point less than JFK’s 119.  He was a voracious reader and learned the difficult Russian language without formal training.  Oswald was a better marksman and knew more about rifle marksmanship than anyone in those JFK debate groups.  As part of his Marine Corps introductory regimen alone, he fired 50-70 rounds a day for 3 weeks (11H302).

Is that a “wretched waif”?  Oswald knew from the beginning that he was perfectly capable of pulling off this crime.

The Dallas Police Department, like every PD in the US, had an unwritten rule that all street criminals understood: kill one of us and you’ve seen your last sunrise.  Many still do.  Jack Ruby was pressured into killing Oswald by the DPD and knew his clubs would be shut down if he didn’t.  Afterwards he urged ‘get me out of Dallas to Washington so I can reveal my true motives,’ which were not for Oswald’s killing J. F. Kennedy but for his killing J. D. Tippit.

All marksmen know the indispensable requirement to always first zero (sight-in) your firearm to achieve the required accuracy, especially if it has been disassembled as Oswald’s had been.  You don’t just pick up a rifle and start shooting!

Lee Oswald zeroed the scope of his reassembled rifle with the first shot.  That’s why the first shot ‘missed.’   It was aimed at, and struck, the south curb of Main Street.  It caused the fresh bullet mark seen by Walthers, Sweatt, Tague and others.
