Some prefer the mystery to the solution.  That’s fine.  Speculating can be more fun than knowing the answer.  Early in the Malaysian Flight 370 mystery, a veteran pilot, using his knowledge of flight operations, equipment and procedures, offered the most common sense theory.  Many without that knowledge ignored him and continued their speculating, including the media.  As long as no one gives the answer, nobody will be proven wrong.  Whatever suits your fancy.

But for those who want the JFK assassination mystery solved so they can get on with their lives, the truth matters.  For history’s sake.  It is for those I offer my comments and my book.

Serious history finally written correctly.

On the right track with jiggle analysis:  analyzing bullet average speed given the Mannlicher-Carcano’s muzzle velocity against air resistance, real-world speed-of-sound given the air temperature and other atmospheric conditions, and the reaction time of a 58-year-old man with vertigo.  But we’ve gleaned all we can in that regard from the Zapruder film.

The Final Truth, for the first time anywhere, performs jiggle analyses on Bell, Towner, Dorman and a fourth film. Then using triangulation, the book fixes the time and place of the first shot.

Yet this jiggle analysis only confirms results already demonstrated by other means in The Final Truth.

Imagine how tough it must have been if JFK, a war veteran, and John Connally, a lifelong hunter, knew immediately that the first shot was a high-powered rifle, perhaps firing at them.  As important leaders, they must not show any fear, but had to keep smiling and waving and hope for the best.  Anwar Sadat faced a similar situation and demonstrated equal courage.
