Excellent work.  However, stabilizing across the 7-frame splice hides the camera jump, which is evidence that the splice was an attempt (by the FBI) to hide Tina Towner’s camera jiggle reaction to an early first shot.  See my video:

In the first instance, the stabilization gives us less information, not more.

Note the sharp upward movement during the missing frames, a radical aberration from her otherwise smooth-as-glass pan. Added yellow lines help show this sharp rapid movement within 0.307 of a second (the Towners' camera filmed at 22.8 frames per second). The splice is between T084 and T085. This video uses retouched versions of these frames not obscured by splicing cement.

OSWALD FIRED SLOWLY, NOT RAPIDLY

The sight of rifle experts trying to fire three shots as fast as they can is ludicrous.  Oswald never would have put himself in a position where he had to be so accurate so quickly.  After the zeroing first shot, he gave himself 9.5 seconds to adjust the scope’s windage and elevation screws.  He likely even had to wait for his target to clear the oak tree.  Then, with a properly zeroed firearm, Lee squeezed off the last two shots 4.9 seconds apart.  Total time for three shots was 14.4 seconds.

”We have at this point uncovered two more aspects of the JFK assassination that run contrary to the prevailing consensus. Lee Oswald did not, in a panic, jump on the first bus he saw. True, the Marsalis bus went nowhere near his rooming house but he originally had no intention of delaying his escape by stopping there. The 12:40 Marsalis bus was exactly the one he wanted. And Oswald did not leave that bus due to heavy traffic. He had to leave it when he spotted Mary Bledsoe. He feared that she or her son would call the police to report his escape route and that’s exactly what they did.”

Answers to 3 questions from an article by Garry Rodgers, retired RCMP Homicide Detective and Forensic Coroner:

> First is Lee Harvey Oswald’s motive

He was a Marxist revolutionary whose wife had just rebuffed his attempts at reconciliation.

> Second – where was Oswald going after the assassination?

The 55/Lancaster bus stop at Jefferson & Ewing to connect with the Greyhound bus to Nuevo Laredo and Monterrey, Mexico.

> The third question – what happened to the missing bullet?

Oswald used it for the indispensable requirement of zeroing his reassembled rifle, aiming at the south curb of Main Street and causing the “fresh bullet mark” seen by Deputies Walthers and Sweatt.

Did two different copies of the Zapruder film have the same four frames removed, Z208‒Z211?  We know the camera original was spliced because that is the only version with images between the sprocket holes and those four frames are forever missing from that version.  When researching for my book The Final Truth a few years ago, I noticed the Sixth Floor Museum website indicated that their copy (most likely the LIFE copy but definitely not the camera original) also had frames Z208‒Z211 removed.  This author’s email to Gary Mack went unanswered but the statement in question was immediately removed from their website.

Why the first shot missed

The Max Holland theory of an early first shot says it hit the traffic signal support pole.  In fact, Oswald used it for the indispensable requirement of sighting-in the rifle (also known as zeroing).  It wasn’t aimed at the limousine.  It was purposefully fired downrange, causing the fresh bullet mark in the south curb of Main Street more than three seconds earlier than Holland claims, exactly where the seven frames were spliced out of the Tina Towner film by the FBI to hide her camera-jiggle reaction to that first shot!

(Continued.)
Shortly after those shots, WFAA-TV News Director Jay Watson asked Bill Newman, “And the shots were almost simultaneously, weren’t they?”  Newman replied, “Yes, sir, they were probably ten seconds apart.”

So if your typical witness calls ten seconds apart “simultaneous,” how far apart is “closely bunched”?  These shots easily could have been fired by the same gunman.

Saturday, October 15, 2016

It would be an Erroneous Quantum Leap to conclude that “closely bunched” meant that the shots had to be fired by different gunmen. We’re comfortable studying this sequence in eighteenths of a second but if two shots occurred a scant 4.9 seconds apart, your average witnesses-in-the-street might describe them as “closely bunched,” especially if the interval following the first shot was noticeably longer, say, 9.5 seconds (hZ048/Z222/Z313).

Finding the answer to this tragic triple murder is entering its third and final phase.

The first phase was the conspiracy era, from the moment of the death of President John F. Kennedy on November 22, 1963 until 1993.  It was the heyday of writers who realized there was money to be made from unknowing, sometimes gullible, readers.  Little attention was paid to the truth.

The second phase began with the publication of Gerald Posner’s Case Closed.  For the first time, the importance of writing history correctly was fully appreciated.  Although the conspiracy industry continued to flourish, the maturing of the baby-boom generation caused many to see through the machinations of conspiracy authors and settle on the more practical, common-sense and believable single-gunman conclusion.  This phase lasted from 1993 until the present.

Now, the era of conspiracy books is over.  The era of books that simply debunk other theories is over.  The era of theories is over.

We are now embarking upon the third and concluding phase with Edward Bauer’s new book The Final Truth: Solving the Mystery of the JFK Assassination.  For the first time, theories have been replaced with real-world experience in rifle marksmanship and film editing, the two disciplines crucial to solving this mystery.  It’s not all conspiracy.  It’s not all lone assassin.  It is all fully substantiated historical reality.

Rather that start from scratch, The Final Truth begins where others left off.  It takes as given what previous researchers have proven and goes from there.  It doesn’t waste the reader’s time with topics that have been written about many times before or with issues that don’t directly help solve this mystery.  While other books continue to argue conspiracy-or-Oswald, this work goes beyond that and as a result breaks more new ground than any other work on the subject.  It scientifically yet engagingly resolves more than 16 popular mysteries that even the Warren Commission failed to explain.

The Final Truth is perfect for those who want a relatively short, informal, easy-to-read explanation of how— and most importantly why— these historic events unfolded.

Nobody changes his mind on this case because of these arguments.  They change from CT to LN just by growing up.  They would have become LN even if none of this arguing had taken place.  The arguments are without effect.  And that’s only the first stage of growing up.

The second stage of this maturation process is to graduate from the simplistic “CT-vs-LN” arguing to using the Scientific Method to analyze, speculate and conclude.  Speculation and assumption are the lynchpins of scientific progress.

The final indispensable stage is to add real-world experience so we’re not just theorizing.  Those who post authoritatively for years without any hands-on experience in rifle marksmanship, film splicing/editing or crime investigation have done nothing but prevent this case from being solved.  In many cases, deliberately.

But for those who want it solved once and for all so we can get on with the more important things in our lives:  http://www.thefinaltruth.net

The Mysterious Phone Tip That Oswald Would Be Killed

The report in The Dallas Times Herald (11-25-63, p. 1) described a single anonymous 2:15 am telephone tip to “Federal Bureau of Investigation headquarters.”  The FBI immediately “relayed” the tip to the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office and the Dallas Police Department.  Nobody from local law enforcement heard the tipster’s voice.

This may surprise my faithful readers but Jack Ruby likely placed that 2:15 am phone call.  He was pressured to kill Oswald and feared his clubs might be shut down if he didn’t.  He was hoping his attempt would be prevented, hence the call, and he knew he had to tip the FBI rather than local law enforcement who would have recognized his voice.  Afterwards he urged ‘get me out of Dallas to Washington so I can reveal my true motives,’ which were not the knee-jerk reasons of silencing Oswald or retribution for killing J. F. Kennedy.

But it was not a spur-of-the-moment killing.  This thing was staged.

When fleeing the TSBD, Oswald boarded a bus going back toward that building but got off after only two blocks.  This should be a Red Flag to everyone that he changed his escape plans.  To learn where he was headed, we need to know what his original plans were.  The Final Truth describes his escape path step-by-step and why his goal was the Lancaster bus stop at Ewing and Jefferson.

There are several original maps in The Final Truth, each created by examining and deciphering blurry 1963 bus schedules literally street by street.

The Final Truth: Solving the Mystery of the JFK Assassination

Do you know what is meant by “a reassembled rifle will never hold its zero”?  Lee Oswald knew what it meant and it dictated his actions.  Those actions caused the 1.........2....3 shot pattern.

The captain of my high school rifle team could routinely zero a rifle in one shot.  He was on the scope.  I would fire once from prone at the center rings of the A-17 type target.  He would call out the adjustments (e.g., 2 up, 3 left).  My second shot was almost always a bull.
That, my friends, is zeroing a rifle in one shot.
Lee Oswald, my friends, zeroed his reassembled rifle with the first shot.
That, my friends, is why the first shot ‘missed.’
It was aimed at, and struck, the south curb of Main Street.

You don’t just pick up a rifle and start shooting!

The Final Truth vividly takes you through second-by-second details of the assassin's three rifle shots at President Kennedy, his escape, his murder of Dallas Police Officer J. D. Tippit and his own tragic killing.  This gripping real-life thriller not only describes what happened but explains why it happened.  The work analyzes the third and second shots at JFK and the why, when and where of that enigmatic first shot.  The book illustrates how home movies taken that day in Dealey Plaza, particularly those of Tina Towner, Mark Bell, Robert Hughes, Elsie Dorman and Abraham Zapruder, prove beyond doubt exactly how that historic sequence of events unfolded.

This work also includes a groundbreaking investigation into the real reason Jack Ruby killed Lee Oswald.

With supplementary threads weaving their way throughout, The Final Truth concludes with an emotional closing chapter dedicated to the unsung heroes of this tragedy.

Greetings!  This is to let you know about my recent book The Final Truth: Solving the Mystery of the JFK Assassination.  It’s written for those who want a single relatively short, informal, easy-to-read book that covers all the important facts.  It doesn’t waste your time with trivia that don’t directly help answer these questions.  And to top it all off, The Final Truth actually solves this great mystery.  One expert called it “the best JFK assassination book I ever read.”

The latest reviewers are saying:

“...would rank this book as one of the best.”
“Excellent analyses.”
“...innovative perspectives.”
“...not intimidated by conventional wisdom.”
“...thinks outside the box, but in a rational manner.”

The exact Zapruder frames that would have dis-proven a late first shot, Z208‒Z211, were spliced out by the FBI or LIFE magazine at the FBI’s behest. They then ignored three years of public pressure before claiming it was a “lab accident.”

This long-delayed denial was first mentioned to only one reporter, Richard H. Levine of the Baltimore Sun and timed to be published on the last business day before Christmas to bury the story. The Hoover FBI manipulated the media and therefore public opinion.

The FBI are the only ones who could have possibly spliced the seven frames out of the Towner film and they did the same with the Zapruder film and for the same reason: to cover up what they knew was a very early first shot.

Those of us old enough may remember how conventional wisdom was buffeted back-and-forth with each new discovery.  You might recall before the Single Bullet Theory when that conventional wisdom settled on President Kennedy being hit by the first shot just before disappearing behind the Stemmons Freeway sign.  We all bought into it.

“The response to this criticism [of the original LIFE magazine article] was to push that first shot forward 1 second, to about Z208.  This allowed Kennedy to be hit in the throat just before he disappeared behind the sign at Z212, and still gave Oswald 5.83 seconds to fire the three shots.”  (The Final Truth, p. 102.)

It is these exact four frames, Z208Z211, that were spliced out by the FBI, who waited three years before claiming that it was a “lab accident.”

For a clearer demonstration of the sharp camera movement— her jiggle reaction to the first shot— during the seven missing frames of the Tina Towner film, see my short video:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E_N3QoiJE_E

Read the accompanying text and note the sharp jump of the marking lines within 0.307 of a second. Other than the Towners, the FBI were the only ones in possession of this film. They made the splice to cover up a very early first shot.

Real life is far more complex than the passionate but simplistic Conspiracy vs. Oswald debate. ‘CT or LN?’ should be embarrassingly demeaning, yet even otherwise intelligent thinkers fall into this good guy/bad guy trap.

If you want to solve this case (and many don’t), you’ve got to break away from this simplistic mindset. To determine what actually occurred— in real life— you must accept that it’s an intricate combination of both.

Lee Harvey Oswald, without help or backing, was the sole assassin. Yet a multifaceted conspiracy erupted almost instantly to make us believe the ‘official’ story including destruction of evidence, splicing of films and routine lying by our top government officials.

The Final Truth demonstrates why the final truth was LN up until Z313 and CT thereafter.

After fleeing the Texas School Book Depository, did Oswald have a specific plan of escape or was he just wandering directionless?  Surprisingly, he had a well-thought-out plan, as The Final Truth demonstrates.  It also answers other crucial questions such as:

·  Why did he board the 30/Marsalis bus headed back toward the Book Depository?
·  Why did he get off that bus after only two blocks?  (And it wasn’t due to heavy traffic.)
·  Why did he then take a cab back to his boarding house?
·  Why was he at Tenth and Patton when he killed Officer J. D. Tippit?
·  Where was he headed on foot (with a bus transfer) and what was his final destination?

As with many other pieces of this great mystery, once the answer is found, all the evidence makes sense and everything falls into place.

Serious history finally written correctly.

Debate has raged for fifty years over the three shots that killed President Kennedy.  But no one realizes that you don’t just pick up a rifle and start shooting.  First, you must always zero, or sight-in, your firearm as anyone with competitive rifle experience will tell you.  The first shot missed because Oswald used it to zero his Mannlicher-Carcano, aiming at the south curb of Main Street and causing the fresh bullet mark.  Privately and from the very beginning, the FBI knew the true cause of this curb gouge and they destroyed evidence and lied to the Warren Commission to cover up an early first shot.

Some prefer the mystery to the solution.  That’s fine.  Speculating can be more fun than knowing the answer.  As long as no one gives the solution, nobody will be proven wrong.  Whatever suits your fancy.

But for those of us who want the JFK assassination mystery solved so we can get on with our lives, the truth matters.  To those of us I offer my comments and my book.

One of the many significant breakthroughs in The Final Truth is the multiple-film jiggle effect triangulation leading back to the source of the shots.  Until this book, the Zapruder film was the only film studied for the jiggle effect.  The Final Truth examines that and four other films— Bell, Hughes, Dorman and Towner— to determine not only the place but the time of that enigmatic first shot.  One of many groundbreaking ‘firsts’ in The Final Truth.

Oswald used his first bullet for the indispensable requirement of zeroing (sighting-in) his reassembled weapon.  He gave himself one round and about 10 seconds.  Could he do it?

(1) The captain of my high school rifle team could usually zero a rifle in one shot.

(2) Even without the rigorous Marine Corps training in rifle marksmanship that Oswald received, if it takes you more than five seconds to do this, you have my sympathy.  :-)

Monday, March 14, 2016

No other work— not Posner’s, Bugliosi’s or any other— solves these mysteries.
The Final Truth solves them all and more:

1. Why, when and where that first shot was fired.
2. Where Oswald was headed when confronted by Officer J. D. Tippit.
3. Why Oswald fled from the 30/Marsalis bus after only two blocks.
4. What the FBI knew about the fresh bullet mark on the Main St. curb.
5. Why there were deliberate splices in the Zapruder and the Tina Towner films.

The FBI told us exactly when that first shot was fired— just what they were trying to cover up!

They spliced seven frames from Tina Towner’s film to hide her camera jiggle reaction to that initial high-powered rifle blast... precisely when most career-trained witnesses said it was fired: as the limo was making the turn from Houston onto Elm Street, or in the process of completing its turn.
