Here are just 3 of a long list of reasons why there was no shooter on the Grassy Knoll:

1. No experienced marksman would try to hit a target moving perpendicular; it is the most difficult angle.  A moving target should be moving toward or away from the shooter, the position in which Oswald placed himself.

2. Railroad Switch Controller Lee E. Bowers, Jr. had a perfect view of the fence atop the grassy knoll.  He confirmed, “There was no one there at the moment that the shots were fired.”

3.  And from The Final Truth:

The debate rages.  What happened to the first shot, the shot that ‘missed’?

One of the many major pieces of new evidence in my book The Final Truth is the jiggle analysis of four films: Mark Bell, Robert Hughes, Tina Towner and Elsie Dorman.  There are pronounced camera shakes from that mysterious ‘missed’ first shot which triangulate back to the southeast corner of the sixth floor of the TSBD.  But much earlier than most believe.

There are no camera shakes triangulating back to the grassy knoll, the triple underpass or anywhere else.

As explained in The Final Truth, discussion of this national tragedy has fallen into two camps: the conspiracy theorists (CT) and the lone nut Oswald theorists (LN).  Yet those passionate debaters fail to understand that it’s more complex than that.  To solve this powerful mystery, we must divide it into two distinct parts: the assassination itself and the post-assassination investigations.

The overwhelming preponderance of evidence proves that Lee Harvey Oswald was the sole assassin.  Yet the overwhelming preponderance of evidence also proves that a complex conspiracy erupted almost instantly to force us to believe the ‘official’ way of thinking including destruction of evidence, splicing of films and routine lying by the highest government officials.

16 Mysteries The Final Truth resolves that even the Warren Commission failed to explain:
  • the shot that ‘missed,’ the Holy Grail: why, when and where it was fired
  • Oswald's escape plans and why he was at Tenth and Patton when confronted by Officer J. D. Tippit
  • the tremendous significance of Oswald’s short two-block bus ride
  • why the FBI lied about the fresh bullet mark on the Main St. curb
  • Gov. and Mrs. Connally's fundamental disagreement with the Warren Commission Report
  • the Single Bullet Theory
  • the puffs of smoke and muzzle flashes
  • why no assassins were firing from the grassy knoll
  • the mysterious Harper skull fragment
  • “Badgeman”
  • burn marks on the Hughes film and splices in Tina Towner’s film
  • the only one of 10 filmers whose camera was rolling during all three shots (It’s not who you think.)
  • the infamous Dictabelt recording
  • why Oswald's Mannlicher-Carcano fired high and to the right
  • that enigmatic paper gun-sack
  • the deliberate film splice LIFE magazine called a "lab accident"
  • and much more.
