OSWALD FIRED SLOWLY, NOT RAPIDLY

The sight of rifle experts trying to fire three shots as fast as they can is ludicrous.  Oswald never would have put himself in a position where he had to be so accurate so quickly.  After the zeroing first shot, he gave himself 9.5 seconds to adjust the scope’s windage and elevation screws.  He likely even had to wait for his target to clear the oak tree.  Then, with a properly zeroed firearm, Lee squeezed off the last two shots 4.9 seconds apart.  Total time for three shots was 14.4 seconds.
